Dr. Im is endlessly patient and has a warm bedside AND she does excellent work. She calmly talks to our son and listens to his opinions. The office is very kid friendly with video's playing in each partition. When our son completes a procedure, she gives him a token to be spend on a special toy from the dispensers in the waiting room.I highly recommend her services to anyone seeking a professional, skilled pediatric dentist.

Dr.Ellen was recommended by my mother in laws dentist. Amazing staff and amazing Dr! She helped my son feel so comfortable and he did everything she asked! We've been to super dentist which made him traumatized from the restraining practice they use. I'm glad I didn't go there for a cleaning for my son! Thank you so much Dr.Ellen and team. What a great visit we had!!! I was referred to Dr. Ellen after a very bad experience and now I see why people speak so highly!! First class every time we come in, this last time I brought my toddler twins in and one did great and the other not so good, but they were patient, caring and took their time!! Thank you Dr. Ellen and staff you guys are amazing!!
I just had my second visit to Dr Ellen Im's pediatric dentistry for my 22 months old son. Dr Im's staff was friendly and welcoming just like the first visit. They took time to get to know my son, who is afraid of being in any hospital setting. I'm totally looking forward to the next visit for my son's regular check up. I don't mind the bit of driving I have to do to get there because it's worth it. I highly recommend that others check out this place.
