Happy we discovered Dr. Im for my 3 year daughter on yelp. The office is so kid friendly with tv screens during the actual checkup appointment, a little prize machine that they get to use at the end of the appointment, and just really friendly and competent staff. My daughter actually seemed to enjoy her first visit to the dentist and we are so thankful we found a place we can take her to. Hopefully won't have many reasons to have visits, but when we do, we are glad we will be in good hands!!
We had some not-so-great experiences with previous pediatric dentists, so I'm thrilled we finally found Dr. Ellen. Just in time to discover my son's first cavity! :-/ This child is super pain-averse, so we were pretty nervous, but Dr. Ellen was so quick and efficient he barely even noticed what was happening. (The TV definitely helped, too.) I just have to share what a great experience we have had here. Mainly Emma. Everyone always makes Emma feel comfortable and caters to her special needs. I highly recommend them to anyone!!
Dr. Ellen Im is so pleasant and patient. Would not go anywhere else!
Dr. Ellen is so good with my kids during their dental appointments. She has been patient with my 4 year old since she has been too scared to get her teeth cleaned. This last week was the first time they were able to get her X-rays and teeth cleaned. Thank you to Christina for being so good when her and patient during her cleaning.
