This Seriously is the best pediatric dentist office in San Diego!! I had a rough time finding someone when I moved here three years ago, went to this office and was soo happy I did. My kids love the whole staff!! It's clean, the front lady's are amazing and Dr. Ellen is soo nice and explains everything she's doing before she does it and she's extremely informative.
Love this place. Staff is amazing, they always make the boys feel comfortable.
Dr. Ellen is a great place to bring your child for dental care.She explains to you what she finds and explains what her treatment plan is.The office staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, they will contact your dental insurance and go the costs with you, prices are quite reasonable.My son is a magnet for sweets and his baby teeth have tooth decay, Dr Ellen has worked on my son and is caring and patient with him, because he can squirm in the dental chair. So happy we were referred to by our dentist. We have had several pediatric dentists over the years and really Dr ellen is the best!
This was my son's first visit to the dentist(2 year old), and even though he had to have his teeth cleaned and cryed the entire time everyone was very patient and even gave us the option to come back at another time. We powered through it and at the end he got a balloon and all was good again.
Still absolutely love this dentist / orthodontist. I wish I could have had an experience like this as a kid. Each chair has a TV screen or an iPad with Netflix and my daughter never wants to leave!We were expected to have a 4-6 month orthodontia treatment and 5 months later she's done! They're great here!
This was my son's first visit to the dentist and he was extremely nervous. The staff were all very friendly, informative and made us feel comfortable. The office itself is open and clean. They have TV's playing movies at each station. They also provide iPads if requested. I had an insurance question and they called me with answers the same day ( actually, with in an hour or so) which I find to be exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Ellen Im for all your pediatric dental needs.
Such a cute office setup and the staff is so friendly ... perfect setting for young children. Would most definitely recommend!
