Awesome visit as usual. The staff is so helpful and courteous every time we go. It all starts with Dr. Ellen she is so positive and smiley every time we go. My boys enjoy going there and they make them feel brave and they seem to be happy no matter what they are getting done. These are just my observations the boys really like them. ????Phil
I just had my second visit to Dr Ellen Im's pediatric dentistry for my 22 months old son. Dr Im's staff was friendly and welcoming just like the first visit. They took time to get to know my son, who is afraid of being in any hospital setting.�Dr Im was fabulous in several ways.�1) her respectful attitude towards my son and me was noteworthy. My experience with Dr Ellen has always been great. Her knowledge about pediatric dentistry made me feel comfortable about bringing my 5 year old daughter here. Her amazing staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and we're truly like family. My daughter is always excited to go see dr Ellen and "Mr. thirsty" (ask her about it on your visit)!!
Dr. Ellen is so great with my kids! Her staff is very friendly and I love that our appointments always run on time! She is the BEST!
