Lovely clinic, welcoming staff, patient doctor - we will come back again.
We just came out of my sons 1st dental visit and I am definitely glad that I decided to give Dr. Ellen's office a try! From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the office staff with so much warmth and happiness which I really loved. Not only were the office staff were really nice but the office is super clean and the decor is really cute!! We absolutely love Dr.Ellen and her amazing staff!
We don't have dental insurance and Dr. Im's office is slightly better priced than other pediatric dentists in the area. The welcome area is really inviting and my now 4yo son looks forward to his dental visits. The dental assistants are really nice as is the reception staff. They also give back to charities and are very patient focused.
Recently changed dentists due to insurance changes and I wish that would have happened sooner. Dr Ellen and her team is amazing! They take the time to greet you at the door and explain everything in detail. I can't say enough good things about them! If you need a pediatric Dentist this is where you need to be!
Had our first with with Dr. Ellen and they are amazing! Dr. Ellen and staff were gentle and caring with my 6 yr old who was scared. Dr. Ellen took her time to explain the dental work needed on both my children. Everyone from the dental assistants, insurance coordinator and front desk were very warming and made our visit pleasant. Definitely recommend.
Had our first visit yesterday and I must say the staff and Dr. Ellen are amazing! Had a pleasant experience and definitely recommend.
