Dr Ellen Im is wonderful! and all the office staff is so warm and caring. My boys (ages 3 and 6) were very happy after leaving the dental office, they were relaxed and had so much fun looking at the super heroes decoration. They are definitely looking forward for their next dental cleaning!
Fantastic with kids Dr. Im is the perfect dentist for kids. There is plenty of entertainment to keep the kids occupied so they don't focus on their teeth. She even sang to my preschooler to calm him down. Kids look forward to going and getting a prize after a good visit. Thanks, Dr. Im for making going to the dentist a pleasant experience!
My little girl is 1.5years old, a friend refer Dr.ellen to us. When we called them for appt, found out they recently have Saturday appointments available so we made a Saturday appt available in 2 weeks. The place is not big but cute and clean. Entry room has lots of kids books and toys plus a TV playing Curious George. The front desk lady is very nice and helpful. We waited about 15mins before we saw Dr.ellen and her assistant. Attentive dentist and staff Very attentive! Miss Dr. Baker, but happy with his replacement. New dentist listened to all requests due to our child's special needs and health problems.
We love Dr. Ellen My children have been treated by Dr. Ellen for a little over a year. We absolutely LOVE Dr. Ellen and her staff. They are diligent, efficient, caring, and provide lots of appointment reminders! I cannot recommend their services enough!
Great Pediatric Dental Office We�ve lived in Poway for over a year and I�ve procrastinated long enough on taking my 3 kids to see the dentist. I decided to take them to Dr. Ellen Im based on other recommendations on the Moms of Poway FB group. And I�m so happy with my decision! Best pediatric dentist We have been coming to this practice since my kids were very little. Now they are 18 and 23. I still bring my younger one to Dr Im. Her care is gentle and professional and competent.
