Dr. Im's office is fantastic! All the staff are very friendly, professional and go out of their way to make sure your child is comfortable. They have a cute little play area in the waiting room. They give your child a little welcome gift at their first visit and then they get a token at the end of the visit for being brave and get to choose a prize with their token. Dr. Im has always been my son's dentist! We love the welcoming staff, and fun waiting room. Everyone who works with my son is always very positive and patient. We moved to Fallbrook, but we still make the drive because we love it!
We have been with Dr. Im for 3 years! She is so patient and caring! Our son has never been afraid of coming to the dentist. She is perfect for any age child!
My daughter has seen Dr. Ellen since she was six. She had a successful phrenectomy and we couldn�t be happier with her!

Dr. Im is a great dentist for my girls! She is thorough with her care, explains things well and recommends what is necessary. Her staff are warm and inviting and it�s easy to schedule appointments. We�ve lived in Poway for over a year and I�ve procrastinated long enough on taking my 3 kids to see the dentist. I really enjoyed our visit. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. Dr Ellen took the time to explain everything and made sure we did not leave with any unanswered questions. I highly recommend this office.
Dr Ellen Im is wonderful! and all the office staff is so warm and caring. My boys (ages 3 and 6) were very happy after leaving the dental office, they were relaxed and had so much fun looking at the super heroes decoration. They are definitely looking forward for their next dental cleaning!
