Dr.Im and the staffs are so nice and warm!!!!My second kid was terrible when he was doing the treatment but Dr.Im kept waiting for my kid's being ready for the next step.She and the staff were more patient than me, his mom.I want to give this place more than 5 stars!
Dr. Im�s office is fantastic! All the staff are very friendly, professional and go out of their way to make sure your child is comfortable. They have a cute little play area in the waiting room. They give your child a little welcome gift at their first visit and then they get a token at the end of the visit for being brave and get to choose a prize with their token. Dr. Ellen Im and her staff are amazing. Everything runs smoothly when we are here. The waiting area and back areas are clean and tidy. Parking spaces are a little tight but manageable. So happy to finally find a great dentist we are comfortable with.

Payton had an orthodontist appt. today and we love her new orthodontist, Dr. Jordan! Always been happy with this office under Dr. Ellen's care.
I brought my son here for his first dentist appointment. The waiting room is nice. They had a few toys to play with and some books to read. They have a tv with a movie playing as well. We took a tour of the facility and it was really nice. It was our first time here. It was really accommodating to kids of all ages. They had a personal tv in the dentist area. They had a cool menu for kids to choose from things like which movie to watch, if they wanted a super hero cape, a blanket, a teddy bear and other stuff. We had our appo... read more
I am thankful to have a found a great pediatric dentist for my girls. She helped the older one stop sucking her thumb and has been the most gentle with their treatment. I also appreciate her teaching them how to brush their teeth! Thanks so much to Dr. Im and her staff for taking the pain out of dentist visits! Highly recommend.
I was so happy with the service. I was so afraid for my 4 year old daughter and the dental work she was going to have fun. The minute we stepped foot into the office I was put st ease. The staff and Dr. Ellen were amazing! Thank you!
