By far the best pediatric dentist in San Diego! Been with Dr. Im for almost three years and my kids love her. Best bedside manner, patient and very thorough~Never rushed and truly caring! She can�t be beat! Staff is just as amazing and never pushy! They�re always there to accommodate your needs. Love you guys!
Very friendly staff and doctor My little girl is 1.5years old, a friend refer Dr.ellen to us. When we called them for appt, found out they recently have Saturday appointments available so we made a Saturday appt available in 2 weeks. The place is not big but cute and clean. My kids and I love Dr Ellen Im Dr Ellen Im is wonderful! and all the office staff is so warm and caring. My boys (ages 3 and 6) were very happy after leaving the dental office, they were relaxed and had so much fun looking at the super heroes decoration. They are definitely looking forward for their next dental cleaning!
Dr. Ellen and her staff make our dentist visits as good as they can be with a toddler! They are all very patient and accommodating. Additionally, the front desk staff is very welcoming and I LOVE LOVE LOVE Samantha who helps with insurance issues. She must have an unlimited supply of patience - a true gem!
Dr. Im is the perfect dentist for kids. There is plenty of entertainment to keep the kids occupied so they don't focus on their teeth. She even sang to my preschooler to calm him down.
