I have recently completed 10 ADHD Coaching sessions with Chris Talintyre - I can't thank him enough for all that he has done and supported me with. I have been able to implement so much from the work we have done together, I have grown in confidence and so grateful for all the support and guidance he has given. I cant recommend enough! I was allocated coaching sessions by my access to work assessor, but I did not know what to expect and came to this process open-minded. Chris made me feel comfortable from the first session and I have learned a lot from him over the past 6 months. I feel more confident in my role and appreciate all the work that we have done together. I will take the skills and tools into my daily practice.
