Ours was a small job compared with many, four roller blinds, two for the bathrooms motorised. Annabel's advice was very helpful, accompanied by samples, and the fitting by Bobby was excellent, quick, organised and without mess. There was a delay in obtaining the motors but the resulting blinds are of good quality, just what we wanted.
We had 4 Velux blinds put in recently and the experience was impeccable from start to finish. We had a bit of a delay which was out of their control but we were kept informed by Annabel throughout. Apart from that, her personal touch and flexibility in house visits, changes to our plans etc made us feel comfortable in engaging Pollys. 1 star is too much. They are quick to take your money, but their customer service is appalling. My curtains and pole have come apart and this is supposed to be high quality heavy duty stuff and the price certainly reflects that, however they ignore phone calls and messages. DO NOT USE THEM! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE. Their reply below is not true either! I did not YANK the curtains, funny how one side of the pole has come down and not the other. The friendly and professional service I received from everyone at Pollys Blinds was second to none. Great communication and the fitting was quick and easy, and incredibly clean. All rubbish and recycling was taken away. I absolutely love my shutters, they give my home a fresh and contemporary feel. They even make the room look bigger. I have had so many positive comments from my friends who all agree how fantastic they look. I would 100% recommend ❤️
I had an amazing experience with Polly’s blinds. Annabel was really great and she discussed everything with me and helped me find excellent solutions for my house, particularly the conservatory which has significantly enhanced the room. I am very happy with the service and quality that was provided. Bobby was excellent and very efficient and fitted all the blinds perfectly. Would definitely recommend.
