Absolutely mortified! My little one was supposed to be referred to the dental hospital back last year. The referral was withdrawn and the dentist didn’t notify me at all, saying on there side it says it’s not! She’s seen three different dentist at the practice all whom say different things!!
The receptionist is worse than someone’s who is deaf u need to get a grip and answer the phone fs. Been calling since December for a appointment. And called yesterday was told I would get a call back yesterday or today nobody called or bloody answer the phone.
