I do not recommend as a management company. Previous negative reviews I noticed seem to dissappear. They claimed PM lettings is a separate business and made a different Google page, even though it's all under the same roof, same staff and same website!! No other estate agent does this. And PM stands for Pollard Machin! Ignore emails or just stop replying and do not take maintenance issues seriously. Have to resort to calling in which they confirm they received emails but never explain why you are always the bottom of the pil... read more

I would highly reccomend Pollard Machin. They were the agent for the house i purchased, I technically was not their client and they were absolutely fantastic. Everyone is friendly, professional and very helpful. It is clear they are very knowledgable and experienced. They were far better than the agent i was using for my sale. They were better infact than any other agent i dealt with whilst finding a property, having viewed a few different properties with them before buying. We used Pollard Machin to manage our rental property while we were living on the other side of the world. Because we were not local, we relied entirely on them to be our eyes and ears, paying them a significant percentage of the rent in management fees to ensure our interests were protected. Overall the management was okay, but we were very disappointed with the end-of-tenancy checkout. A high-value mirror and an oak bookcase were taken by the tenants.
