So glad we chose pollard Machin to sell our home, they negotiated a very good price for us. They carried out all of the viewings on our behalf and explained everything along the way, Jenna was especially helpful helping with every aspect of the sale and even helping to guide us with our purchase, answering any queries I had making everything clear and easy to understand, would definitely recommend to my friends and family.

Had the best experience with Pollard Machin who were the vendor's agents for the house I was buying. Communication was excellent, I was kept regularly updated and they were very friendly to deal with. As a first-time buyer these were all key things that stood out for me which made the process so much easier and, for the most part, stress free! Would happily recommend them :) Thank you!

We wanted to go with a local and experienced estate agency on the sale of our house. And, from the very beginning of working with them, they have been excellent.
