My experience here at Pollard Ford..was awesome. The saleman, who helped me was very nice and helpfull with my concerns and guestions. I was able to get my car traded for another within a couple of hours. I would definitely be coming back.

My detail included a wash and vacuum (they left the very visible grease and mud on the interior). Later I was told that it was because I purchased a previously owned vehicle! I called the sales manager to complain about his detail department, but he never called me back. I dropped off my vehicle to get the speaker repaired and it was returned to me within the hour telling me it was fixed. The speaker still crackles.
