Worst car buying experience ever!
This place sold us a brand new car that they had to order. The car came in not as what was ordered. Then ordered parts to make it right, but wrong parts were ordered, put on the car and they refuse to make it right. The car has already had some issues that had to be fixed in the first week. They will not provide a loaner car to make things right with us while they keep our brand new vehicle. Now we can't get them to return phone calls or make anything right. I dont even think they deserve one star but I had to put something. Worst dealership ive ever seen, my car was supposedly in great condition.ready to drive off the lot, day after I bought the car it broke down.was in the shop a month! What a joke.
We got a really great deal on our 2012 Ford F-150. The service was excellent. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. Ask for Chris! :-)
