RecommendedGreat service, nice people, but their sales people need to understand that we are in a pandemic. They need to wear the appropriate MASKS while sitting in the car with patrons. THAT really made me angry as I am high risk, and so is my 80 year old mother who is a lung cancer patient. WEAR A MASK!
Terrible customer service: unresponsive, rude when they are, online service booking system is unreliable. Everyone in that place needs customer service training.

Now since my father passed, Mark helps me out anytime I have problem or just a simple question regarding my 2017 Escape, and it’s very much appreciated.

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but pollard deserves it. Very easy and quick to purchase a vehicle here. Just pray that you don’t need to take it in for any service under warranty because they will jerk you around and hold your vehicle for weeks. I would not recommend going into business with them to anyone. The advertised smiles, friendliness, and efficiency go out the window once you drive your vehicle off the lot.

need to do a better job at checking the warranty before the car is brought in. When I am told I have nothing to pay and have an appointment and then bring it in and they say I have $400 worth of Labor and an $1,800 part that is not fair. I need to be told what is going to be charged ahead of time.
