Me and my fiance had a wonderful time today dealing with James Christie over at Pollard Ford used cars on South Loop Indiana very friendly environment, and answered all questions. We are excited and very pleased with put purchase. We will definitely come back here for all our car and truck needs and highly recommend if anyone is looking for a NEW vehicle!

Unfortunately my Explorer had to be towed a second time Tuesday night. I had a break down Saturday evening but I purchased a new battery Monday and everything seemed to be fine. On my way home from work on Tuesday, my car broke down at the end of my block. I called Pollard in a frantic because it was 5:30 and they closed at 6. I spoke with Natalie and she was AWESOME! She got the tow truck to me in about 30 minutes and the company they used was awesome as well. She kept me up to date all day today and dealt with my warranty ... read more
