I have never dealt with a more incompetent or unprofessional group of people than those working at Romano Ford. Discouraged me from ever buying a vehicle from them again
RecommendedWe had been searching for a vehicle after ours was totaled. Found one at Morrie's Buffalo Ford. I contacted them through their website- I was immediately contacted and they held it until we could come and test drive it. Our salesman Travis reviewed every feature on it and did a really nice soft sell. Which I prefer. Finance meeting with Wade the best experience I've ever had at a dealer, no push - just professional service. Definitely would 100% recommend Morrie's Buffalo Ford and salesman Travis Cook and Wade in finance.

Every time I’ve had to deal with the service department they have been uninterested in helping effectively, and not given me calls back in any sort of timely manner, instead of scheduling appointments they suggest walking in and then having to wait around for when they have time to squeeze you in on their schedule. I had an insurance claim I was trying to work them with and they “took pictures” of the wrong side of my car delaying my insurance claim process and then when I contacted them no one had any clue about the claim o... read more

RecommendedConnie is such a breath of fresh air! She was so kind and welcoming to our family. She provided a very child friendly atmosphere to our children and made them feel like they were at home. We got a great deal on our vehicle and all the staff was super hospitable as well. They were all professional, yet friendly as well. They went over many options with us and let us make the decisions. We weren’t just treated as customers and never pressured which makes a huge difference.
