Brought in my truck for a simple recall just to pick it up and see a big crack in my windshield. GM and service manager won’t budge because the “hot air and cold air mix” caused it to crack. Not to mention the tech can’t even put a kick panel back on. First trip to this dealer, which i have avoided because of stories I’ve heard, and it will be my last. Do not go here, tons of better options!

Harrison, We have reviewed the situation and we are happy to help you get the windshield fixed through the company we use, or we can give you their contact information if you would like to contact them yourself. However the crack in your windshield was caused by a rock chip. When the temperature drops like it has recently it can cause the crack to "spread" and that is what you are seeing. It was not caused by our service center.
