Hands down the worst Ford service department I've ever experienced!! I've had 2 bad experiences there with 2 different vehicles. Shout out to Eric in the service advisor area though! I think he is the one that picks up the slack of some of the others there. The service advisors that I have dealt with there have had absolutely no clue as to what was going on with my vehicle at any time. TOTALLY CLUELESS!!
