Actually correcting the concern and eliminating problematic employees. While doing the right thing, this dealer stepped up to the plate and is doing right by its techs. The backbone of ANY dealership.
Safety comes first, espically for your employees. Not taking your techs seriously about safety concerns??? What a joke, and to fire the man after his life could have potentially been ended. Someone needs to get their priorities straight before you have a lawsuit on your hands.
Safety first should always be on top. This company does not take care of there equipment and when braught up he was let go.
Took my f150 there for a simple oil change had to wait 3 hours...3 hours! Also come to find out they fired an employee for caring about the publics safety
Horrible employer. Fired a tech for being concerned about shop safety AFTER a hoist he was using broke. DO NOT RISK TAKING YOUR CAR HERE.
Pretty bad when someone from west NM can find out how unsafe as place can be. What a shame
They apparently don't care about the safety and welfare of long time employees. Lifts are much cheaper than injuries.
Would not recommend unsafe work enviroment for there employees and customers cars do to there lack of mantiance on there euipment
This dealer does not take shop safety seriously, do not get your vehicle worked on here their hosts may as well be held together with duct tape!
