Forcing techs to work with unsafe conditions. When cars are being service the lifts breaks almost killing the tech involved, instead of fixing said lift they fire the tech. Unethical!! Do not buy here nor get your car serviced! Give them a message that we care about the people fixing our beloved cars!
As a auto tech for over 15 years, the things I have heard about the dealership disgust me. The work environment for the technicians are horrible and the dealer refuses to do anything about it. Extremely unsafe!!!!!! Stay away
This company doesn't care about the safety or the lives of their technicians. There was faulty equipment in the shop that broke, which could've very easily killed the tech working. When it was brought up to management, they refused to repair it. Then they decided to fire the tech. They don't care about the lives of their employees, so they definitely won't care about their customers.

This stealership dismisses employee safety issues and should not be open for business. Management also treats employees unfairly. Don't support this company with your business.
No respect for employees. A friend I knew that worked here was just fired for being honest about the unsafe working conditions at Pollard "friendly" Ford. We as technicians risk our lives enough in the field working with chemicals, fire hazards and risk of later health concerns. In no time should a technician have to work with the fear that he could damage a car or injure himself just because of the lack of concern for equipment provided. Seriously!!! You put an employee's life on the line when his concerns on basic safety falls repeatedly on deaf ears then fire him when he tells your dirty little secret, you have your priorities in the wrong order.
Very unsafe service area. Should take care of safety issues first. I dont want my vehicle falling off a lift or even worse hurting a person.
As a tech of 40 years,,,I've NEVER heard or seen such nonsense,,,fire a tech for bringing safety issues to management,,,WTF
