I seen what they do to there employees with poor equipment and no concern about safety.
Horrible just horrible, Tech pleaded with management to repair unsafe lift. Nothing was done to repair it. The lift finally broke which could have potentially killed the tech, or at the very least damaged customers vehicle. They promptly fired the tech for resorting to social media to try and get support to get repairs made.
Horrible condition in service area. Everything look worn down falling apart. Can't believe they have employees working in that conditions. Looks to be a safety issue!
You don't want to have your vehicle serviced by a place that refuses to take care of employees
This is a prime example on why Ford technicians all around the state are taking a stand for the conditions and way we are treated. Fire somebody because there is a lift that is unsafe? Would you rather have a technician that is loyal to you for X amount of time be in good hands and in a good environment or be in a unsafe work environment that could cause you money? Clearly, nobody cares. As long as you're all getting paid. #MassExodus
