We had our first experience with Polestar Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning this week. Our AC was not working and we called Polestar and they came right out to help. A big thank you for the outstanding customer service provided by Lani and Jimmy. This is a great family owned KC based organization that cares about their customers. I have had my central air conditioner and heater serviced by Polestar Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning. Nathan Burns was the technician who did the work. He was very efficient in his work, and also helped me to determine what I needed to do to fix some plumbing leaks I had.

I needed a new faucet installed and possibly a new disposer. I called to get a quote and was given excellent customer service over the phone. They had a plumber to my house quickly. I really appreciated the plumber taking the time to walk me through what he was going to do and give me pricing so that I could make decisions before the work began. I will definitely call Polestar the next time I need a plumber. Excellent and honest service.
I have been a Polestar customer for years now, and have been very happy with their work on installations, their check-up services, and the technicians' knowledge. I would recommend them to anybody who needs any repairs or replacements or new installations.
The plumber arrived on time and was courteous. He resolved the water leak, repaired one toilet and replaced another in a timely fashion. He was efficient and left the work areas completely cleaned when he had completed the work. I will call on them again and would recommend them to friends and family.
Was very pleased with their service. I needed some ductwork replaced as quickly as possible, and they got the job done ASAP. They also fixed a shower pipe for us. Will use them again.
