Larry Teroy came my way today. I appreciated all of his information. I will probably be getting a new a/c unit. I will have a couple of pipes replaced in my heater. I mentioned this to a couple of previous polestar techs but they did not seem to be concerned. Larry was and I agreed with him
Called on Saturday afternoon about our kitchen sink being clogged. Was told someone would call back to schedule, and we never heard from them...not one word. We had to call another company, and we had the sink unclogged later that afternoon. Even if they were too busy to come on Saturday, a call would have been nice.
Used for a few years now and very happy with service. Always very responsive.
Lonnie was our tech did a great job inspecting our furnace. We have been with them for several years. They are on time and they know their material. Great company with people that care
