My drain pipe clogged and I called this company. They said they could be out the next day between noon and 5 pm. They never showed up and never called me to tell me they were not coming. I called them and they said they would have the master tech call me and let me know when they would be here. He never called me either. I would not recommend this company for any service.

They came out quickly and the service tech was absolutely professional. We lost our heat on a very cold day. They provided us with and estimate. We almost went with them. After getting a second estimate from a neighbors reference then a couple more to make sure we New the entire picture we found pole Star was trying to take advantage of us to the dollar amount of $4100 dollars. Polestar did some work for me the weekend before the holidays. I was scrambling around because I have family coming in tomorrow, and it was a pretty big project. I had a tight deadline and they told me it would take a couple days to get everything completed. Our water heater flooded our basement and because of that it flooded our furnace and so we had to replace it too. We opted to go with a whole new heating and AC system because we got a good rebate on it and the financing didn't break the bank with the holidays coming up.... read more

Today will be the 5th time That I have had Polestar Plumbing in my home to make repairs, they have installed toilets, replaced a water heater, furnace and air conditioner and today will install a faucet and disposal in the kitchen. They do excellent work at a fair price.100% satisfied.
