I have a 2021 RZR XP Turbo that right out of the box had a bad clutch and a turbo diverter valve that was miss adjusted. Many calls to Polaris & visits to the dealership, still no help from either. Had to put an aftermarket clutch in myself to make it drive able. Finally got the diverter valve adjusted. **** miles on the aftermarket clutch and it drives great. To bad I had to spend $800 plus my labor to make a new machine drive the way it should have in the first place. Dealer said that Polaris was not recognizing the bad cl... read more

This 69 year old is really getting fed up with this 2021 Polaris General. 1,100 miles on it and it's been to the dealership so many time I think the bolts are getting worn out. First was a shutdown problem, once a limp mode problem, ever since it's been a check engine light. Every time to the dealership(M&M,Pine Island) you get a $55.00 surcharge even with warranty. Just got it back from the dealership this time a $200.00 charge because they could not mimic the problem. With less than a 100 miles, the light is on again. I ha... read more

My son purchased a new 4 wheel quad from a New York Polaris dealership and upon using it for the 2nd time the vehicle stopped working because the oil plug fell out. My son did not incur enough miles to warrant an oil change on his own and so someone at Polaris or the dealership failed to tighten the oil pan plug properly. The dealership has convinced Polaris that the customer is 100% at fault and Polaris has swallowed the sell-serving assessment hook, line and sinker-only willing to offer a $750 credit towards parts ($0.00 t... read more

Purchased a 2020 RZR Pro for 25k from Neilsen Enterprises in Lake Villa on May 5, 2020. Almost right out of the gate I started receiving DO NOT DRIVE notices for recalls on dangerous items like no x stitching in the 6 point harness and exploding primary clutches. The dealer had my machine for nearly 6 weeks while fixing these items and so Polaris did extend everyones warranties for 6 months due to these issues. We then went through winter here in the upper MW and began planning a trip down to Brimstone, TN. Last week we went... read more

I recently bought a 2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo from Freedom Powersports in Rogers, AR. I spent +$20k on this machine because I wanted something new and dependable. Since purchase it has spent almost as much if not more time in the shop in its 6-7 trips back to be worked on. The first day I took it home, the first ride off of the trailer, it went into limp mode and started running terribly. Took it back to the dealer — throttle position sensor fell off. The hooked it back up and I took it home. Next couple of rides I noticed w... read more

I bought a 2020 Ranger XP 1000. My clutch exploded like a grenade destroying everything in it's vicinity. Polaris rejected the warranty claim on my 10 month old Ranger under it's original manufacturers warranty. Polaris said: “observed primary clutch failure appears to be the result of an extended belt slip condition with dirt/mud intrusion being a likely contributing factor. Warranty excludes failures resulting from foreign substance contamination, Polaris to provide no coverage on the claim.” The message here is not to dri... read more

Their bikes are junk! Warranty doesn’t cover corrosion and paint failure. Bike had multiple running and stalling issues ( Indian FTR 1200 RR) was the bike I bought. Total junk! Customer service and dealer sucks for maintenance. Don’t buy one.

In the end of may 2019 I purchased a Poalris Ranger from Kiser Motorsports in Kona Hawaii. 2 Days later Polaris had a rebate of $800 off. I contacted Polaris to see if I could get the rebate and they denied me. The service rep that emailed me "Mitch" said he sent me a $250 coupon for polaris accessories which I NEVER Got they never followed up with me never called. Bad business practices from Polaris!

This is more of a complaint towards the billing/collections department. Instead of calling me back as promised, they just report things and try to destroy my credit score. I now have two lawyers involved looking into all information and the way they mistreated me. I have made numerous calls which are all on file and recorded. I received a paid in full letter then months later got a collections letter stating I missed one payment when my Payments were on automatic and I called to make sure it was 100% paid because I knew I ha... read more
