Purchased a 2020 RZR Pro for 25k from Neilsen Enterprises in Lake Villa on May 5, 2020. Almost right out of the gate I started receiving DO NOT DRIVE notices for recalls on dangerous items like no x stitching in the 6 point harness and exploding primary clutches. The dealer had my machine for nearly 6 weeks while fixing these items and so Polaris did extend everyones warranties for 6 months due to these issues. I recently bought a 2021 Polaris RZR XP Turbo from Freedom Powersports in Rogers, AR. I spent +$20k on this machine because I wanted something new and dependable. Since purchase it has spent almost as much if not more time in the shop in its 6-7 trips back to be worked on. I bought a 2020 Ranger XP 1000. My clutch exploded like a grenade destroying everything in it's vicinity. Polaris rejected the warranty claim on my 10 month old Ranger under it's original manufacturers warranty. Polaris said: “observed primary clutch failure appears to be the result of an extended belt slip condition with dirt/mud intrusion being a likely contributing factor. Their bikes are junk! Warranty doesn’t cover corrosion and paint failure. Bike had multiple running and stalling issues ( Indian FTR 1200 RR) was the bike I bought. Total junk! Customer service and dealer sucks for maintenance. Don’t buy one.

In the end of may 2019 I purchased a Poalris Ranger from Kiser Motorsports in Kona Hawaii. 2 Days later Polaris had a rebate of $800 off. I contacted Polaris to see if I could get the rebate and they denied me. The service rep that emailed me "Mitch" said he sent me a $250 coupon for polaris accessories which I NEVER Got they never followed up with me never called. Bad business practices from Polaris!

This is more of a complaint towards the billing/collections department. Instead of calling me back as promised, they just report things and try to destroy my credit score. I now have two lawyers involved looking into all information and the way they mistreated me. I have made numerous calls which are all on file and recorded. I received a paid in full letter then months later got a collections letter stating I missed one payment when my Payments were on automatic and I called to make sure it was 100% paid because I knew I ha... read more

I bought a 2014 ranger 800 eps. after 1200 miles the front differential started leaking, the dealer said the gears were shot and they replaced it for 1500$ . I got 200 miles on the new differential then the casting broke were it bolts to the frame I contacted the rep from Polaris and they agreed to cover half the cost of the part which is 1200$ i got the machine back and after 8 miles the front differential broke off the machine again . I purchased a 2017 Polaris rzr 7-8 months ago. It has been in the shop for 3 of those months. I tried calling and calling. Three days I waited for someone to call me back and finally they did. I had a month warranty left on it when I brought it in and they won’t give me my warranty. He said “there’s no way to modify that” I’m calling his bluff. I am upset. I bought a 2018 Indian Scout ****** on May 25, 2018. Two weeks in to riding I find that the clock on the tachometer is not working properly and I can not set the time. To complete this I also noticed that there is a leak of antifreeze from one of the hoses. Can't complain about the Indian dealer, it seems like they have been doing all they can to help me.
