purchased a 21 Polaris Ranger in late 2020, it has made noises underneath since day one. Received a recall notice in December 2021 and this recall is one that makes the machine inoperable. I am 3 months into the recall notice and the parts are back ordered. I also found out there was a 2nd recall when I tried to schedule the first recall to be fixed, but I was never notified of the second recall by Polaris. My comments relate to Indian Motorcycle **** a Polaris Industries company.I bought a new 2020 Indian ****************** motorcycle. After picking it up at the dealership and riding it about one mile I got a Check Engine light. I immediately returned to the dealer who looked the bike over and could fine nothing wrong. After getting the bike home more error messages popped up. The situation got so bad the bike would barely run and the dealer had to come pick it up. I bought a brand new 2021 Sportsman 570 Premium last year. Within a couple of weeks of getting it home, it had starter issues. It would attempt to crank but wouldn't crank. The rear brakes also were completely worthless. No matter how hard to stood on the brakes you couldn't even get the back tires to lock up. I brought it back to my dealer and they said the brakes would work better with age and they forgot to look at the starter. Over 3 months to fix an issue that I pointed out as the original issue from day 1 is unbelievable incompetence. The rep at Polaris may as well be a robot that copy and pastes responses and has done literally nothing to follow up with either the dealership or me regarding any of the process. Being lied to numerous times by a supposed higher up customer care rep is truly unbelievable. 2021 chieftain elite motorcycle. I have nothing but problems with the electrical on this bike. Hazards dont work screen blacks out, switches and buttons not working. Been in the shop at least four times now nobody seems to know how to fix it. My point of contact at Polaris is telling me that when its going to the shop nobodys opening a ticket so in their system The bike is never been in the shop. I had purchased a 2021 Polaris *** on Dec 3, 2021. Within 3 days of getting it home (took it home Dec 6th due to it just coming off the truck and ******** Motorsports needing to get it ready) we noticed all the bolts were tightened, theres an finger width gap on the hood access panel, doors flew open due to hinges not being installed properly, led dash board light didnt light up, tweeters popping out of the rubber molding, rubber molding not being installed properly, and little tiny stickers all over (which I was told that t... read more

Bought a 2017 Polaris *** **** XP4 from a private party used. In ********************************************************************************** the head entirely backing out which resulted in the other bolt snapping in half. Took the *** to my local dealershipS to try getting support in at least covering some of the monetary cost for either fixing or replacing the engine. When I bought it i was told that I would have it by the end of October NOW THEY ARE TALKING DECEMBER !!The riding season it half gone !!! I will lose a lot of value as when I get it, it will be LAST YEARS MODEL !! I ordered it in the spring !Wait it get better .. They may ship it without all the parts !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give them a zero rating, I would. I bought in May 2021 a brand new Slingshot for 30K. I have, for the past 5 months going 6 months, waited for parts to come in. While I wholeheartedly understand issues with supply chain delays, their communication and lack of communication are not what I expected from a company like theirs.
