Own a 2021 xp4 turbo and in July was hit with a recall and another in September. The last recall was a primary clutch recall and a stop ride immediately notice. Its now almost 6 months and Polaris has no solution to the issue and when contacted on any information Im told nothing. All Ive asked was if the fix will be a brand new primary clutch seeing as its defective and blowing apart possibly causing bodily harm and sever damage. *** contacted several times by phone and email and am never told what they plan to do. Purchased a new 2021 570 and within couple weeks the computer went out. Although it was under warranty I had to pay to get the computer installed. Now I have safety recall and cant use it again during hunting season. Cant use it on the ranch either. Called multiple times and they do not have a fix so it just sits. I guess if I wouldnt have paid cash it wouldve made. difference. And when you call nobodys any help. Sure wish I wouldnt of purchased this. Cant even sell it because it has a recall on it.

After spending $50,000 on an ATV at Polaris, I ordered almost $5000 in accessories from Polaris off-road. I ordered something online and immediately realized it was the wrong part. I tried to call and cancel, but they were not open. I was able to email them and ask them to cancel the order. However, when I called him on Monday morning to make sure it got canceled. They told me that they could not cancel the order even though the order has not shipped, they would not cancel the order. So now I have to wait for it to come in. ... read more

Horrible company didn't care at all that the 570 sportsman's I bought from them has been in the shop since day 2 of owning it. Already had a bad brake switch a differential leak and now this recall to stop riding because of faulty wiring . The company told d me things happen....... Even got the dealership involved and they said the same thing to the dealership. All I ask is to extend the warranty on this piece. polaris owner all my life. Purchased a 2021 sportsman, owned for 5 days and had to return for a bad transmission. Waited months for the transmission to get fixed. Now I have it back only to be told by Polaris to stop riding it again for wiring issues. No time frame for how long this will take. So Ive got an 800 lb paperweight in my garage. NEVER will I purchase another polaris. First offer I get on this junk, its down the road. Polaris lost a customer.

2022 polaris atv sportsman **** xp S.Roughly *****k depending where you buy. I've been a polaris fan for years. They've been using ********************* shocks for YEARS. Still using them on 22 UTVs. But due to supply and demand they went with a cheaper shock, they said. Dealerships advertise the with ***********************. I seen the atv, test drove and had to have it. I purchased the 2022 Polaris 570 crew, nice looking machine but, so many problems. Before 50 miles the fuel pump failed leaving me walking.Before ************************************************************************** walking.At the same time the struts had issues with the washers creating a lot of noise and a poor ride.The exhaust was cracked and replace from the header back before 350 miles.The front CV axel spline slide out and mushroomed the end of the axel and the clip before 400 miles.Overall it was not worth the mo... read more

We had a 2021 General 4 seater ride Command Delux on order since Dec.20 21. There were limited orders being taken to prevent supply/demand issues.We had a deposit and a signed sales agreement for a specific price non refundable and with a 6mo wait. 1/2022 we were notified it would be longer than target date due to computer chip shortage and would not be exactly way it was supposed to work. Just received an email regarding a MSRP increase on prior orders for deliveries after April 1. There is the chance an additional increase if delivery ends up being later then July 1. Because of a signed contract they will not refund me deposit if I cancel order. Im at their mercy as they could delay longer for additional cost. This is more then just about the dollar then it is the principal. This is not the only struggle that Ive had.
