Daniel was friendly, punctual, and very thorough in communicating with me about the details of my service. I felt comfortable with him in my home and would more than welcome him back for my next quarterly appointment. And he may have to come back because he left his hat :)

Daniel the technician was such a gentleman he offered to take my groceries in for me. Not only did he go above and beyond with kindness he even found the ants main nest. Now THAT was great service! When I was looking online at pest controls near me, I saw Pointe Pest Control had 4.9 stars. I filled out my information and within 30min, they called me to talk about what services I needed. Today, Christian came out for the initial service. He was knowledgeable and very friendly.
Aldo called to let us know when he was going to arrive and was on time and very professional! He took the time to clearly explain the process and listened to all of my concerns. He explained ways that we can help to minimize some of the rodent access points as well. Aldo is definitely a 5 star technician! We are also returning customers to Pointe because we know they are professional and good at what they do for a reasonable cost.
