I called Pointe Pest Control because we were finding earwigs in our kitchen. Kevon, the technician, was very courteous and answered all of my questions. I had used this service for many years In a previous home and was very satisfied with them. So, at the first sign of pests in our new home, I didn't even consider calling anyone else.
Pointe does an excellent job. They have gotten rid of all my ants, and other crawley things, and today they sprayed for earwigs. Marco, very helpful. Have been using them for the past two-three years and very pleased.
Professional, knowledgeable and friendly technician. He was also kind enough to give me a call ahead of time to let me know when he would be arriving.
