They are courteous, professional and prompt. They are also willing to send someone out between scheduled visits if we encounter issues that arise before a scheduled visit.

Really pleased with their in home service and techs. Best company I've dealt with in area. Service provided by customer service representative at call center was well below grade (understatement). When we called to find out when our next scheduled service was the representative couldn't answer and then rudely responded when asked to explain why she couldn't provide the requested information. Not what you want to hear when dealing with pest control!!

Pointe is on point! I was really bugged about the amount of critters creepin around. I ant say I was pleased. I was told that pointe would bee a good option and waspnt hesitant to call! They played a huge vole in my happiness this summer. Their salesmen had happy Insectious attitudes, and were a real treat. They definitely passed the pest!
