Pointe has serviced our home since 2006! They are an honest company that has always come out to take care of any issues in between visits.
We've worked with Albert Giles at two different properties over the last 3 years. Albert is always on time, thorough in his inspections and explanations of services. We truly appreciate him every time he comes to our home.

Great company! Employees are courteous, professional and knowledgable. Customer service is friendly and prompt. Most importantly, they are effective and will happily return if issue was not resolved the first time. I highly recommend them and refer everyone I know to them.
Ryan Ryan from Pointe Pest Control did an excellent job and was very professional. He explained the service program and his plan for the day's service. He answered all my questions. When I had a question regarding the invoice, the office responded quickly and answered my concern. Very happy with service and the company.
Unfortunately, I was totally mislead upon calling Pointe for some issues we were having and details of service they provide. Arriving after window, told they do not take care of issue and had to instruct the technician as to what should do - your full service! They did respond to this post immediately and are rectifying the issue - hence, my change from 1-star.
