cannot say enough about Jacob! He took the time to perform the service but also to explain what he did, why he did it and other ideas of things we could do to try an eliminate any further issues! Super nice guy and very knowledgeable!
Kevon, the technician, was very courteous and explained why he used a dry powder instead of the liquid wasp spray. He said it was lucky we caught the nest early while it was still small. We are regular customers of Pointe and feel they do a good job.
