DISHONEST MANAGEMENT!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! I brought in a wheel to have the tire swapped. They jacked up the rim in 9 different places scraping the powder coating off and scraping metal off of the rim. When I approached management about the issue they said that it wasn't them. I spoke with different employees that admitted that they had done the damage and how they had done it. In the end, they cut me a check for half the dollar value of the damage they did. The service was excellent and the price they quoted was great...when I went to pick up my generator the price was half what they quoted me! They looked for a less expensive part and kept the labor to a minimum. JT was awesome!
It was a breath of fresh air to find someplace that could finally help us with our little dirt bike, they were very friendly and thanked us for our business. Also told is about the rigby store to get our four wheeler fixed faster, taking it there today! We won't go anywhere else now.
