The tire department is incredibly dishonest! If 0 stars was an option you better believe that’s what I would give! My friend recently had her tires rotated and drove us to Island Park and we nearly died. They didn’t properly torque the lug nuts. Once we stopped and took off the hub cap EVERY lug nut fell out and the bolt of 3 of them were completely sheared off! We instantly called Point S and they said they wouldn’t be able to fix it on the side of the road but if we had it towed to them they would cover the bill. So we did... read more

I bought new tires on Friday. Asked them to check my brakes. They said it was fine. Saturday i notice scrapping noises.. My brakes are shot! Simple thing to check. Now its gonna cost me more to repair.
