The first doctor I saw here needs to retire - couldn't remember anything from one visit to the next. Asked to switch doctors. The appointment for that doctor was cancelled for some unknown reason - next appt not available until the next month. I gave up and went back to my old podiatrist. Will pay out of pocket for a competent doctor. I complained to Patient Relations - they tell me it takes 60 days for them to resolve a complaint! Seek help elsewhere - this department is a joke.
I have been with PAMF for almost 20 years. You simply cannot find a better group of doctors and healthcare anywhere. Almost never any wait times. The Urgent Care is fast and responsive to any non dire emergency needs. The need San Carlos location is very convenient, efdicient and easy to get to being right off 101. The only minor downside to the new location is occasionally you have to go to another campus to see a specialist. Being a new campus this is understandable and they are constantly improving on this.
