Nice and affordable!
This hotel was not for me. I am a business traveler and and a very frequent traveler so I bring quite a bit with me each trip. The room was just so tiny and filthy. I could hardly believe where I had to put my hand in order to change the air conditioner controls. I had to get really creative to get some work done in my room. They do have some open space on the roof and in the lobby but both were hot and crowded. I would not reccomend this for business travelers (especially women). Great location, awesome restaurants around. Short walk to 6 subway. Definitely will return next time in NYC .

Clean rooms, comfy beds, great location close to Times Square, Central Park and subway. We booked ensuite room, first night no ensuite so had to move rooms but staff were very helpful about this. Would definitely recommend 👍

Absolutely the worst communitaction I have EVER experienced (out of A LOT). The hotel itself is nice, but once there is a problem, don’t expect no answers.... They’ve been completely ignoring both me and booking once they got my money.
Awful. Had to change rooms twice. Air conditioner leaked all over the place leaving the carpet and window ledge soaked ruining my property which was not reimbursed in anyway other than with a bad attitude and a drink ticket.
