Completely dissapointed. I came to the hotel at 11pm, tired from a long flight and planned to get sleep. But surprise was that my booking, that I made 12 days in advance was canceled by hotel without any notifications. They tried to charge card, it was not successful and instead of to get in contact with client and notify him via Bookingcom or mobile phone, they just canceled reservation and sold room to someone else.
