Awful. Took a £100 deposit and did nothing for 6 weeks. Ignored my e-mails when I requested updates.
I cannot express the incompetence rudeness, complete lack of communication and overall professional I experienced by Andrew Lawrie the Managing Director of PoCock Law. I know people who write bad reviews are often just disgruntled and difficult. I recently completed on my first ever purchase using Andria. I am so impressed with the high level of service I received for her, someone is always available to talk to! I 100% recommend using Pocock's.
Appalling service. Charging money for a service they did not complete. When asked to put it right they refused. Even though they paid me the money back they had taken they did nothing to mitigate the situation. I have had to take this to the ombudsman. Thanks for your last email which revoked your offer of £3,500 to settle the dispute between us offering me a derisory £1000 instead.
