Exceptional service from the whole team at Pocklington Surgery yet again. The model they use needs adopting throughout the country
Excellent practice, from start to finish, I was dealt with within 2 hours. Everyone in the practice are so helpful, caring and friendly, from reception, seeing a Doctor and having medication dispensed, it was so easy. Everything is run to perfection. I'm so pleased I've changed to this amazing practice. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Donna Collis
Good reception staff, always help , Need an urgent appointment with a Ear infection , felt unwell, Was Called within 30 mins , and saw Dr who gave me medication , nasal spray . Great service , Many thanks .
