I opened new accounts there just a couple months ago, and have had nothing but problems since. I was promised the account I opened would be simple to make large transfers from to an external account. Turns out, I was limited to a single 2k transfer once a month. It took my account getting blocked after multiple attempts to figure out why a trip in to the local branch, and several hours for them just to get the block lifted. Awful! So rude, and there customer service is terrible. There website ***** too and they couldn't help me with basic bank functions.
