The worst bank I’ve ever dealt with. I requested a mortgage loan payoff and they said they would fax it. I gave them two fax numbers(who does faxes anymore anyway), they did not go through. They also said they would send it in the mail. Three weeks later...NOTHING. Why can’t they email this? Grrrr. Their phone service and options are a joke that takes you in circles. Paid my auto loan off. Throughout the time I have had this account, there have been charges that I am uncertain exactly what they were and how, but I assumed it had something to do with interest. Terrible company. Trying to buy a house and the previous buyers Loan did not go through. The sellers accepted our offer but now we can not start our Loan because PNC Mortage will not do there job and cancel the previous buyers Loan. My wife used PNC to buy her home before we got married and they were awful to work with then. I recommend to go anywhere other than this bank. Worst company to ever work with on a loan!!!!

I think they better get another way to properly respond to their customers issues besides a message board and calling customer service is not helping anyone cause when all they know is nothing about what's going on. After having SEVERAL fraudulent charges on my Simple account, amounting to over $800 I knew this was an awful banking company. You are NEVER once notified of the suspicious charges. It takes between "****" business days to get your money back from them? what the **** is that? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I was put on hold and had to wait for hours to hear back from anyone. As a customer I have a choice what mailing address to use. Is Not your choice. This is selfish for a business. We the people put our money into your establishment. And there nothing in return. No notification on policies or update procedures. This Business do as they will. And if a person do ask question. There answer is we will be working privately with customer to resolve this matter.
