I have made payments for my SSS thru PNB London this 27th June 2025. I have met Francis this morning. He was so patient to deal with my transactions and he was helpful. We need staff like him who knows what he is doing and patient to listen to the needs and inquiries of their client like me. Job well done Francis

I've read other reviews here on pnb london. Fortunately, I have a very good experience with the bank. I've been in the UK for over 20yrs now. I only opened an account with pnb (not far from Victoria station) about 4yrs ago. It was easy to do...brought my passport and any proof of address as most normal banks require. My ATM card had to be ordered from the Philippines so waited for probably 3-4wks for it. I've been using pnb app since then and so far no problems with it apart from occasional maintenance which make the service... read more
