The employees are greedy and not good in assisting their clients.They don’t have good PR that a client will just get out from the bank pissed off.Masyadong mataas ang tingin sa sarili nila to think that their job is to have more depositors because that’s where they got their salary. They acted like VIP when we knew alteady how much banks employees salary.Very poor PR .

Napaka bagal ng service. Imagine 3 lang kami na aasikasuhin. Inabot pa ako ng 1 hour kakahintay additional 1hour for closing ng bank account! Jusko!
