The worst customer service, the owners arrogance is on another level. He works as a sub contractor to Morgan Sindall who in turn are subcontracted to the council but he thinks he is so important he doesn't even turn up. Not only does he not turn up but he doesn't even bother to return calls or emails he thinks he is answerable to no one including the client, and he obviously feels that people that live in council houses are the scum of the earth because he blatantly feels untouchable and u answerable.
