Bought a GLC 43 from PM Car Sales. Dealt with James and would recommend. He was always on hand to answer any questions and communication was good. Most importantly I very pleased with my purchase and would have no issues doing business with James or PM Car sales again.
Trustworthy, friendly and extremely personable service, brought a very beautiful Mercedes convertible today from Phil and Jamie, part exchanged my convertible (Micra), got a great deal and they really understood the customer, rather than a hard sell, they went above and beyond to give me my dream car, I would not hesitate in recommending these guys if you want a honest, high quality experience on buying a second hand car, five stars is not enough, you guys are THE best.
My wife and I have just bought a car from this company and because we live about one hundred miles away, the purchase was dealt with over the phone and subject to a favourable report from an engineer friend. I was extremely impressed by Phil's courtesy, honesty, professionalism and lack of any pressure to buy; my friend was similarly impressed. I very much wish that I could award far more than a measly five stars. I have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company wholeheartedly to anyone without any reservation.
