I think anyone working in the nhs doesn’t have it in them anymore to help anyone. You ask for appointment and get denied. Got a disability? You’re on your own. Problems with your doctor? you’re on your own. The worst experience you can imagine. Don’t bother just suffer
If I could give zero stars I would, absolutely awful service, rang reception 4 times today, first call I was in the queue for 10 minutes and got cut off, second call I was in the queue for 16 minutes and got cut off, third attempt I was in the queue at number 1 in the queue and got cut off after 45 minutes, fourth attempt I was pushed back to 2nd in the queue and gave up after 6 minutes. You can not get an appointment unless you are there at 8 am or phone .
Not our usual practise but had to visit it today with my son for dressing of a wound .nurse was absolutely lovely to my son and he felt very comfortable with her as he’s autistic also had to sort out his monthly medication and receptionist was very helpful and friendly so thank you . Nice to give positive feedback
