It’s 542 and we still don’t have a room. They do “feel our frustration”. But can’t seem to get us into our room. What a joke.

Hotel management and staff harassed me and my boyfriend throughout our stay bc they thought we were smoking in our room. After confirming that we were not smoking they informed us there would be a fine if there was trace of smoking in the room. We confirmed we were not smoking and were then informed by a maid that management ran into our room the second we stepped out to take pictures of our valuables and belongings.
