The Plymouth hotel was nice and the service was great, but they get a five star review from me and my group for one reason and one reason only: their employee Tope. He was excellent and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay in Miami possible- from making recommendations on what to order from the hotel to where to go in the city. Especialmente el trato del personal, tan importante como las instalaciones del hotel. La limpieza, excelente! Me encantó! Volvería sin dudas.
The best hotel. Ive stayed at a couple in Miami and this has exceeded my expectations. Service is phenomenal and that includes housekeeping, concierge and everyone working at the poolside. Only hotel I will stay at everytime I come to visit �.
